About Us

Tyson and Kelly met at the sweet age of 16 while working at Old Navy in Federal Way, Washington. After cultivating a nice friendship, they began dating on New Year’s Eve 1999. Ringing in the millennium together, they had no idea that life would take them as far as it has…almost 3,000 miles to be exact!

They both attended the University of Washington (GO DAWGS), married in 2003 and proceeded to move to Boston in 2005. Kelly graduated with her Master’s Degree from Boston College in 2007 and she currently teaches 4th grade. Tyson works at a consulting firm in Framingham.

Tyson and Kelly love to travel, especially throughout the Northeast Region. Although they are Pacific Northwest born, their lives have taken them to the East Coast where they have managed to acclimate to the harsh winters, the humid summers, and everything in-between. They love to photograph their travels and make memories together while collecting a Christmas ornament at every stop…as per Tyson’s suggestion on their honeymoon.

Tyson and Kelly welcomed a cocker spaniel named Buddy into their lives in October of 2008.  Life was never the same again!

In September, Tyson and Kelly welcomed a baby boy.  The photo-taking adventure has lead them to have a more appropriate excuse for all of the activities they enjoy taking part in – pumpkin patches, berry picking, etc.  Asher has been a good sport for all of his photos so far and his parents have forgotten to take in the scene around them.  Hopefully with more sleep, they will eventually get back to a good balance of family and landscape pictures.
