Another Spring Tease

Dear Spring,
When will you stay!? All of New England is waiting for the sunshine to kick on and the temperatures to rise. We are ready for sandals and shorts and skirts. We want to eat dinner outside and watch the Red Sox play. We want to drive to work without gloves in the morning and we want to walk our dogs in the evening without hats.
